The guitar comes with an incredible amount of original paperwork, including the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eoriginal 1989 receipt and two separate documents showing when and where the guitar was ordered\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis was from the very early days of the Fender Custom Shop and represents what \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eJ.W. Black was building during his early Masterbuilt work\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. It's really interesting to see the level of customization Fender was doing at the time.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe guitar is \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e100% original\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e and in \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eExcellent\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e condition overall. There is a moderate amount of finish checking throughout, but it actually looks really cool on this guitar and gives the Burgundy Mist finish a great vintage vibe.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMore importantly, this is a \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003efantastic-playing and sounding Stratocaster\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.
