We are buying guitars every day and are easy to work with. Get a fair price for your guitar in an easy laid-back way. Contact us for more details.

Do you offer consignment?

Yes, we do! We specialize in buying and selling guitars but we do offer consignment on fine guitars and basses. We have very competitive rates and will work hard to sell your guitar for the most money!

Do you accept trades?

Yes, we do! We are working on trades daily and whether you are local, or across the country, we can facilitate easy trades. We also have great shipping rates and can save you hundreds by using our accounts!


Payment & Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit Card, bank wire transfer, bank checks, personal checks (must wait to clear).

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, we offer a layaway option. 20% down payment holds an instrument for 30 days. Other options are available by request. Down payments are non-refundable. If layaway item is returned, the down payment is not refunded.

Do you charge sales tax?

NO SALES TAX IN USA! Missouri Residents (only) must pay 6% sales tax.

Do you offer Shop Pay? What is Shop Pay?

Yes, we offer Shop Pay. “Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout option designed to enhance the shopping experience for customers on your Shopify store and on Shop. It allows customers to save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information, making the checkout process faster and more convenient.” (Shopify)

Can I place an order over the phone?

Am I able to cancel, change or edit my order?

Yes, if you'd like to change anything on an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get things changed.

An item is showing “sold” or “out of stock”, do you have more inventory or similar items?

Every item on this site is unique, but that's not to say that we won't get more like it! Feel free to reach out and we can keep you updated as things become available.

What should I do if there are technical difficulties and an order is not going through correctly?

Please contact us, we will get you set up one way or the other!


Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping to the USA!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEX air, contact us for exact shipping prices. Europe is usually around $249. Australia $299… We ship to almost every country in the WORLD! International buyers must contact us prior to purchase.

What delivery options are available?

We have access to FedEx overnight, 2-day air, ground, international air. We ship exclusively with FedEx (some exceptions) and have access to great rates and fast lead times!

Are packages insured?

Yes, packages are fully insured in transit and we have the industry standard's insurance. We always pack extremely well which is another important insurance factor!

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we do! We also ship to UPS stores, FedEx offices, and others. We've got you covered!

How do I track my order?

All shipments are trackable via FedEx and we always send tracking updates to you to know when your instrument will arrive.

Can you change my shipping address? I want it shipped somewhere else.

Unfortunately, we have to ship to the address on file. If there is a problem, please feel free to contact us and we should able to figure it out.



What is your return policy?


  • 48 hour inspection period
  • Buyer pays shipping both ways
  • Must be returned in the same condition as sent, no exceptions
  • 5% restocking fee to cover costs as CC/PayPal fees are not recoverable

Do you charge for return shipping?

Yes, the buyer pays for the shipping both ways in the event of a return.

Is there a restocking fee with returns?

Yes, there is a 5% restocking fee to cover the costs of a return as we don't recover those credit card and paypal fees.
