1953 Gibson Les Paul Standard Goldtop Vintage Guitar w Original Case!
Here is one of the nicer 100% original 1953 Gibson LP Goldtops you'll find. It's a late trapeze model from '53 meaning it has the serial number and a better neck angle unlike many 52's. The action is great and it plays very well. It's 100% original (we just put back the original jack plate but after photos were taken). All solder joints are untouched. All finish is original with no touchups anywhere and in excellent condition overall. There is some light wear on the back and finish checking but it's really a nice honest example. The original frets still have plenty of life left which tells a lot about how clean this guitar is! Play it like this, or get a conversion bridge for optimal playing. Comes with the original Lifton brown hardshell case also in very nice shape. Great way to get a true 50's Goldtop before they get completely unobtainable!
