1957 Fender Duo Sonic Vintage Guitar w Original Case Birdseye Maple Neck!
Here is a really cool player-grade 1957 Fender Duo-Sonic with a very nice birdseye maple neck, a great-feeling vintage Fender with tons of character.
This one has had some changes over the years and is best described as a player-grade example. It’s been refinished in a nice Sunburst, and the tuners are newer. One of the knobs appears to be changed, along with the pickup covers. The pickguard is original, though the gold has worn off, which is pretty common.
Being a 1957, it features that great soft V neck profile with a wider nut width, making it very comfortable to play. Like many from this era, it benefits from old-growth woods and handwound pickups, which really come through in the tone.
