1967 Epiphone Sheraton E212T Sunburst Gibson Kalamazoo USA made Vintage Guitar ES-355 335!

Epiphone made 40 in this configuration in 1967. This is a great alternative to the Gibson ES-355. This Sheraton was made in the same factory in Kalamazoo Michigan USA as Gibson, by the same skilled workers, and is every bit as good quality. Some of the specs are even more desirable to many people! None of the stereo varitone to mess with and quite a bit fancier in some ways. Check out the beautiful vine inlay on the headstock, triangular abalone inlay inside the mother of pearl block inlay, multi-ply binding on the fingerboard, and of course the frequensator tailpiece. It featured mini-humbuckers that sounds fantastic.

This guitar is from 1967 and is very clean but did suffer some gassing off from the pickguard which has left some of the parts in the area with some corrosion and oxidation. All good now that the pickguard is gone. The frets and that area have been cleaned up and it's playing very well. Really nice vintage Epiphone Sheraton from the 1960's! Comes with the original hardshell case in very good condition as shown.

Weight: 8.0 lbs.
