2023 Gibson Custom Shop Murphy Lab 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue 59 Light Aged Dirty Lemon!
Here is a wonderful 2023 Gibson Murphy Lab Light Aged '59 Les Paul in a beautiful Dirty Lemon Burst finish. Kind of a unique blister top with flame too. This one has had a few tasteful modifications that really make it a joy to play.
The guitar has been professionally refretted with jumbo frets, along with a bone nut and a set of Lollar Imperial humbuckers. These are great upgrades for someone looking for a guitar that is meant to be played, and this one is an absolute pleasure in the hands.
The top has a very cool vintage-looking flame that changes nicely depending on the angle, and the Light Aged Murphy Lab finish gives it a great vintage vibe without being overly worn.
It comes complete with the original Gibson Custom Shop hardshell case, COA, paperwork, and original poker chip switch ring. We actually think it looks great without the poker chip, so the choice is yours.

Playability & Sound
This is a really great-playing '59 Les Paul with a comfortable neck and some very nice player-oriented upgrades.
The jumbo refret gives it an excellent feel, while the Lollar Imperial humbuckers sound fantastic and give this one plenty of punch, clarity, and character.
The neck measures 0.89" at the first fret and 0.98" at the 12th fret, with the classic 1-11/16" nut width.
At 8.3 lbs., this is also a very comfortable-weight Les Paul.
