2025 Gibson Custom Shop 1959 Reissue Les Paul Standard Dealer Select Hand-Picked Top Gold Hardware Double Creme!

Here is a stunning Gibson Custom Shop Made to Measure 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue from 2025 with some incredible factory upgrades and a very unique combination of appointments. This is one of those guitars that really stands out from the typical R9 offerings.

The most notable features are the factory gold hardware, double cream Custombucker pickups, and the beautifully figured flame maple top. The combination of a classic Burst-style guitar with gold hardware is unusual, but it works incredibly well on this one. The gold accents against the high gloss nitrocellulose lacquer Dark Burst finish give this guitar an elegant, one-of-a-kind appearance.

The top on this guitar is absolutely exceptional, with the kind of flame figuring that really comes alive from different angles. The neck profile is equally impressive, with what we consider to be the perfect feeling ’59 profile—substantial without being oversized and extremely comfortable to play.

Condition is essentially mint with no exceptions. We can find virtually nothing to mention other than perhaps a very small finish rub from being stored in the case. Otherwise, this guitar appears practically unplayed.

This Made to Measure example comes complete with the original hardshell case, COA, all paperwork including the original receipt, and even the original gold pickup covers, which were never installed so the factory double cream bobbins remain visible.

A truly special R9 with a great combination of looks, specs, and collectability.
