2025 Gibson Custom Shop Mod Shop 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue One Of A Kind White Crackle Finish With Matching Headstock Gold Hardware!

Here is a really special and unusual guitar from the Gibson Custom Shop Mod Shop. It's essentially a 1958 Les Paul Standard Historic Reissue, but this one was done in a one-of-a-kind White Crackle finish with a matching headstock. It's a clear departure from the vintage-spec finishes you normally see on these Custom Shop Les Pauls and makes for a really unique piece.

This one features a nice chunky rounded neck, 1958-style frets, and all gold hardware throughout. The back and neck are finished in dark cherry red with aniline dye, giving it a really striking look against the white crackle top.

The guitar is in pretty much unplayed condition. We couldn't find any wear anywhere, and overall it's in really beautiful shape. There is some light bleed from the aniline dye around the edges of the headstock, but otherwise it presents extremely well.

The pickguard was never installed, and the pickup covers were removed but are included. It comes complete with the original hardshell case and all the paperwork, including the COA and original Mod Shop description.

The neck is nice and substantial, measuring 0.94" at the first fret and 1.03" at the 12th fret, with the classic 1-11/16" nut width.

At 8.2 lbs., this is also a very comfortable weight for a Les Paul.

Playability & Sound

This is a really great-feeling Les Paul with a nice chunky, rounded 1958-style neck. It measures 0.94" at the first fret and 1.03" at the 12th fret, with a 1-11/16" nut width.

The 1958-style frets and substantial neck make this one particularly comfortable to play, and at 8.2 lbs. it has a great overall feel.
