2026 Gibson Custom Shop 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue 59 Purple Violet Burst Slash Vibes!
Here is a really unique 2026 Gibson Custom Shop 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue in Bordeaux Purple Gloss Burst. The color has a similar vibe to the Purple finish Slash has been playing lately, but this one is done in a classic Burst layout and is a really unusual but incredible looking Les Paul.
This guitar features all black appointments, including the knobs, pickup rings, switch ring, jack plate, and exposed double-black humbuckers. The black pickguard is included but was never installed—and honestly, why would you want to cover up a top like this?
The flame top is absolutely killer, with the figure really jumping out in certain lighting while still looking great from every angle. The grain has tons of movement and depth, and we'd definitely classify this one as a killer top.
The guitar comes complete with the original hardshell case, COA, black pickguard, and all the original paperwork and extras, as shown. The case has one small hit on the top, but otherwise everything is in great shape.
At 8.4 lbs., this is also a very comfortable-weight Les Paul. The neck measures 0.90" at the first fret and 0.99" at the 12th fret, with the classic 1-11/16" nut width.

Playability & Sound
This is a really comfortable and great-looking 1959 Les Paul Reissue with a nice substantial neck profile measuring 0.90" at the first fret and 0.99" at the 12th fret.
At 8.4 lbs., it has a very comfortable feel for a Les Paul. The all-black appointments and exposed double-black humbuckers give it a really cool look that sets it apart from the typical Sunburst examples.
