Here is a really unique and fresh electric guitar from Andy Powers, the longtime design force behind Taylor Guitars and it's now CEO. This is the Powers Electric A-Type in the very cool Dreamsickle Orange finish with a custom matching headstock.
This is a really fresh take on the electric guitar, and it works extremely well. The overall design has a fun old ice cream parlor or candy shop kind of vibe, but it's still a serious, high-quality instrument.
The tremolo system works really well, the pickup sounds crisp and clean, and the construction is excellent. The fretwork is especially nice throughout, and it plays well everywhere on the neck.
It's also a very resonant guitar with a lively feel and is a real joy to play. Condition is Near Mint, with only the most minor pickguard scratches.
The serial number is B472.
It comes complete with the original heavily padded leather gig bag.

Playability & Sound
This is a really enjoyable-playing guitar with excellent fretwork and a very comfortable neck.
The pickups have a crisp, clean sound, and the guitar has a lively, resonant response acoustically. The tremolo system also works really well and adds a lot to the overall playing experience.
The neck measures 0.85" at the first fret and 0.90" at the 12th fret, with a 1.71" nut width.
At just 6.3 lbs., this is an exceptionally comfortable and easy-to-handle guitar.
