All guitars are packed with exceptional care. Let's face it, packages are going to get thrown around and if not properly packed, they will break. We have shipped thousands and thousands of guitars of all values and know the importance of a good job packing.

Insurance:

All packages are fully insured in transit.

Please allow 24 hours for your package to acclimate. Not doing so could result in finish cracks. This is especially important in the Winter months.

Return Policy:

48 hour inspection period, buyer pays shipping both ways and must be returned in the same condition as sent, no exceptions. 5% restocking fee to cover costs.

ON-HOLD TL... Here’s a wonderful and fairly rare (50 made worldwide) recent Martin 000-28 1937 Authentic with desirable Madagascar Rosewood back and sides with Adi top of course. Factory Stage 1 Aging. The guitar is in excellent condition with no notable wear to be found. The guitar has an added high-grade pickup and endpin jack. Comes complete with the original hard case, COA, and paperwork as shown.

This limited-edition Custom Shop 000-28 is crafted from a unique set of Madagascar rosewood paired with an Adirondack spruce top for a refined, balanced tone that rings with vintage character. Built with Authentic 1937 bracing, hide glue construction, and an adjustable truss rod, it offers the sound and feel of a pre-war classic with modern playability. The Stage 1 aged vintage gloss finish adds the look and feel of a well-preserved original.
